Acuity Scheduling empowers you to promote your services and availability anywhere clients can find your business. This gives you options beyond inserting your calendar on your Squarespace website alone. 

First, the easiest way to share your appointment booking link is to customize the URL to match your business name as succinctly as possible. That way, you can easily share “[YourBusinessName].as.me” with current and prospective clients: as part of your email signature, outgoing voicemail, business cards, social media profiles, and virtually anywhere else you promote your business. 

You can also integrate Email Campaigns into your all-in-one Squarespace account. That will make it even easier to build client relationships and share links to your Acuity page or individual services via email.  

How can clients use my online scheduler to book with me? 

With Acuity Scheduling, clients can schedule, reschedule, or cancel their appointments on their own. Whether clients have found your scheduler on your Squarespace website, through a direct link, or from a booking button on social media, they have the same straightforward client self-scheduling experience

To schedule an appointment with you, here are the five simple steps clients take:

  1. Select the service they want to book

  2. Choose a date and time from your real-time availability

  3. Share their personal information and answer any intake form questions

  4. Enter their payment details (if you charge for appointments)

  5. Confirm their appointment
